BAD BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C

I have never - EVER - come across a company whose sole purpose seems to be to fob off customers, tell them that they do not know what they are talking about, and generally wipe their hands of problems. You cannot get past a call centre and they refuse to give managers contact numbers. Either they are to scared, or the managers are as incapable as they are. Promises of getting back to you are never kept. When trying to contact the supervisor who promised to assist you, you get told that that person does not exist. SERVICE - WHAT SERVICE !!!???VIEW THREAD
